Dopo il grande successo della seconda edizione del Jerk Festival (patrocinato dal Comune di Pinerolo) ad Ottobre, ecco un nuovo festival, concentrato in due giorni a Pinerolo e organizzato sempre dalla LUTHER BLISSET!

The Wooden Theories nascono dall'evolvere degli anni '80, dal fermento della new wave, dalla rabbia del punk, dalle giornate intere passate ad aspettare il caricamento dell' Atari 800, dai suoni della french touch dalle prime boy band anni 90, dall'amore per il synth sound, dal gracchiare delle casse, dalle sinergie dei Velvet Underground, dalla Brooklyn degli Mgmt, dall'alchool, dalla Nouvelle Vague e Jean-Luc Godard dall'arte contemporanea... Attualmente resident al Mono di Milano, Velvet e Cafè Liber di Torino.

Nemsi e' un "luogo comune", un "luogo in comune" alla cui base c'e' una passione sconfinata per la musica, che della musica vive, senza altro fine. Nemsi naviga su di un mare rock, indie, electro, soffermandosi su nuovi isolotti di djing. Si staglia, sin dai suoi primi passi, come qualcosa di eccentrico ed underground, eppure, al tempo stesso, pop. Collabora alla realizzazione delle piu' interessanti e riuscite realta' musicali milanesi e, come dj resident di CLUB NME MILAN, si cimenta nel tentativo di scavalcare le piu' tipiche categorie musicali, generando un'onda di sudore e buona musica in dj set energici, miscelando dosi variabili di electro esplosioni rock e groove ritmico da no-stop dancing. Stimola da subito l'interesse degli addetti ai lavori che pronosticano per lui un futuro roseo. Rockers e balordi uomini della notte, lucidate le scarpette da ballo e siate pronti a farvi emozionare i timpani!

Simone è produttore di fama internazionale con le sue produzioni su etichette discografiche quali: Analytic Trail, Loose rcd., Agile, Perc Trax, Playmobil, Luxaflex, Renovatio, Grey Area, Syndikaat...

Simone Tavazzi è un produttore milanese in ambito techno. A Pinerolo per la Luther Blisset proporrà un live set, figlio delle sue ultime produzioni su Analytic Trail, Syndykaat, etc.. Simone, classe 1983, si è avvicinato alla musica techno nel 1997, scoprendo nel 1999 i rave parties e i live suonati con i sequencers. Immediatamente acquista una drum machine ed inizia a creare e comporre, prendendo ispirazione dalla techno acid francese, techno Detroit, electro e minimale. Nel 2003 si dedica pienamente alle produzioni musicali. Nel 2004 comincia a suonare nei clubs e frequenta un corso come tecnico del suono. Nel 2006, con il producer napoletano Markantonio, realizza la traccia "soma" uscita in vinile su Analytic Trail, all'interno dello stesso vinile tracce di Valentino Kanzyani e Joy Kitikonti. Quest'ultimo, durante il periodo liceale di Simone, fa uscire il "tabu ep" sulla sua etichetta digitale Footlover. Nel Luglio 2007, Simone si diploma come tecnico del suono alla NAM di Milano. Nel 2008 è uscito il suo "white ep" (con remix di Markantonio) su Loose records, l'etichetta di Rino Cerrone. Nel 2009 è la volta del "poltergeist" ep su Analytic Trail, "invisible" su Grey Area e "ferdinand" su Syndikaat Records...

Cristian Trouble J, non ama le definizioni quindi, identificare degli aggettivi appropriati per descrivere la sua "carriera musicale" non é semplice; forse l'accostamento al tutto in "TUTTUNO" può suonare presuntuoso, ma é il termine riassuntivo più indicato per descriverne il carattere e la persona. Attraverso gli anni, il nostro deejay affina la sua scelta musicale tramite diverse esperienze discografiche, sia nei panni del produttore che dell'esecutore, tracciandone un'identità precisa nel suo modo di proporsi "in musica". In questi ultimi anni, grazie al consolidamento degli appuntamenti "alternativi" e dello spazio concessogli da diverse radio (in primis Party Groove), Cristian può esprimere tutta la sua passione per la musica. Nelle sue serate possiamo trovare appuntamenti più soft dove propone le sonorità del programma GROOVECAFE in onda tutti i giorni alle 19.00 su Radio Partygroove con una costante ricerca e cura per i dettagli, partendo dalla bossanova, attraversando i suoni latini del tango e del flamenco senza tralasciare tutte le sfumature della chillout. Ad oggi il suo set di maggior successo è costituito da una complessa ricerca di grandi successi degli ultimi decenni rivisti in chiave softmix, unplugged, acoustic ed orchestral. Viceversa, per le situazioni che richiedono un tono più marcato ed un polso più deciso, ampio spazio alla sperimentazione.

Welcome to Five Seasons, the solo project of keyboarder, guitarist and producer Daniel Voss, also known from his collaborations with brother Roland for projects like Lemongrass, Weathertunes and Jasmon. His Five Seasons� debut album catches our attention with its amazingly warm vibe and stimulating range of latin flavoured grooves, gentle deep house beats and future jazz sounds.
Feed "On The Road� to your sound system, and you are instantly taken on an adventurous journey through strangely appealing sounds, visions and settings. Rural grounds and city lights, hippie life and road movies are seamlessly intertwined and many stories told. Love stories included. Tune in, listen and allow yourself to be curious. Then you will soon find yourself dancing and celebrating, pondering and nodding along.
"Time To Go Back� serves as the perfect introduction to what the album has in store for you. Equipped with gentle beats, warm vibes and playful arrangements, you feel mysteriously reconfirmed and understood. Tracks such as "Black Bride Tango� and "Une Rose� convincingly explore mellow tango themes, until "Caliente� calls for a staggering, South American flavoured fiesta, including a lonesome cowboy theme.
Next to "Love Apple�, tracks such as "Something In The Air� and "Don�t Go Home Yet� not only explore the eternal topics of love, lust and attraction but also make you gratefully immerse in the world of deep house sounds. When you resurface again, you will be taken by surprise when facing the ingeniously composed "Mrs. Hippie�. Following the lead of the country guitar, harmonica and strings, you will find yourself imagining as your own storyteller.

Il loro album di esordio �Gabin� (2002) contiene �Doo Uap, Doo Uap, Doo Uap�, �Sweet Sadness� e �La Maison�, mentre quello del 2004, �Mr. Freedom�, include il singolo omonimo.
Il duo sta lavorando al terzo album.

On the 30th of October Sine Music will publish Polished Chrome�s debut album entitled �First Experience�. The album will be available on CD and as download at well known online stores such as iTunes and Musicload.
The man behind �Polished Chrome� is Marc Dietrich from Germany, who has been a producer and DJ for over 13 years and now, after much experimenting, feels that he has achieved his goal with �First Experience�. The album reveals his wide musical spectrum: a mixture of Chillout, Lounge and Electronic - very distinctive and always unmistakably �Polished Chrome�. His own language of sound which is embraced now by many people all over the world.
The album includes not only well known and successful tracks previously included on other compilations but also brand new compositions. Some of the tracks can be found on CDs such as �Cosmic Chill Lounge Vol.2 and Vol.3�, of which the track �Mala� reached the Top Ten of the iTunes Electronic charts making Marc Dietrich, within a single year, one of the most sought-after producers in the Chillout/Lounge genre.
Perfectly �polished� tracks with distinctive melodies and haunting grooves are guaranteed to captivate fans of the Chillout/Lounge genre and beyond.

De Phazz è un mix di jazz moderno con elementi di soul, latino, trip hop e drum and bass che da vita ad uno stile lounge inconfodibile. La band è guidata da Pit Baumgartner, un produttore tedesco che cambia il suo equipaggio per ogni nuovo album. Alcuni dei membri permanenti sono Karl Frierson e Pat Appleton. Dopo il rilascio di Detunized Gravity e Godsdog, i De Phazz sono apparsi sul radar degli ascoltatori di jazz altrettanto innovativi collaborando con artisti del calibro di Amon Tobin e The Cinematic Orchestra. La band ha pubblicato diversi dischi sper la� Mole Listening Pearls e Jazz Universal in Germania con ottimi singoli su etichetta Edel e United Recordings, inoltre remixando anche dei brani già esistenti.
